| All our guest accommodations include the following: Happy Hour featuring a real Shrimp or Tuna snack chased by a catnip cocktail as a night cap. Snuggle Safe bed warmers (in winter) with freshly laundered bedding. Entertainment includes wild birdfeeders at windows & live parakeets (protected by glass!). They receive brand new cat toys of their own to keep & take home with them. During daytime hours we listen to soothing music (WMNR Fine Arts Radio) & enjoy calming aroma therapy using organic lavender oil. Most units are connective, if you'd like to reserve more space, just ask! We charge for the space you reserve, NOT per cat |

All guests will be checked for fleas upon arrival, should they be accompanied by 'stow-aways'', they will be immediately treated with "Frontline or Capstar for cats" at the owners expense prior to entering guest quarters. $75.00 penalty fee applies. Cats with weeping eyes/nose or that are sneezing/wheezing will be rejected for boarding. |
Non-Refundable Deposits A Deposit of 25% of total estimated charges will be required to secure all reservations. Reservations may be released if deposit is not received. The policy ensures serious reservations only & allows us to give accurate availability information to clients booking reservations. Thank you for your understanding. Extra fee services include: Private fish bowl for suite with Beta fish......$3.00 per night Wheat grass tray for grazing.......$3.00 per night (4 night minimum)-2wks notice required to start proper growth Massage.......$5.00 per 10 minute massage (to friendly felines only!) Daily brush out......$2.00 per night Daily digital voice messages played from owners.....$2.00 per day/played 3xs per day Frontline / Capstar flea control for Cats - application/flea combing if required..............$75.00** see FAQ for further information. ** We encourage flea control at least 48 hours PRIOR to boarding, hence the high/discouraging fee if we find them! Flea collars/powders don't work. Obtain an application of Advantage/Comfortis for cats from your vet if you think you have any flea issues & remember to treat the house as well. Custom discount packages available: Those clients who wish to reserve a 'double' or 'triple' suite, may

- 1 Surf & Turf suite connecting to 1 standard suite both horizontally set up: $45.00
- No change in rate for peak seasons. Discount is only available for cats from the same household. Vaccination papers
